I always found it to be in the shadow of the debut. I also thinks it's notably less talked-about overall. On this site alone it's rated lower and has about 20% of the comments on the debut.

idk man as long as ive been on the internet, legion has always been the critical darling.

everyone loves the first two obviously but legion seems to get more respect for the musicianship and technicality.
