Looking forward to their new one. Snagged a ticket to see them live at the 9:30 Club. Should be a great show.

Even if I'm not in love with every song, the album is a vibe and a half. Great night time listen

That 3 song run of Have it All>Tears>Cherry Chapstick is outstanding

I know someone who knows someone who worked on the upcoming 33 1/3 book for this, it sounds interesting.

I bought one for Chocolate and Cheese because oo neat Ween book, but didn't realize it was a series beyond that. I don't know any neither but it could be fun to collect the ones for the albums I like as I see them

They vary in quality, some of them are just the writers rimming the artist for 200 pages and others are more interesting explorations of an album's cultural context, impact, the author's relationship with the music, etc. The 33 1/3 on A Blaze in the Northern Sky is good.
