Alright I finished Queen of the Borrowed Light. Wow this sounds a lot different than their later stuff. It's interesting to see how raw and different their sound was back then before they really knew where they were going. I don't like the clean female vox tho I think they're annoying

I don't love it. It's good but I think Two Hunters is miles above it. The guitars are weirdly thin and not very loud in the mix.

I mean if Diadem had better production values then I'm sure I'd dig it. I'm listening to "To Reveal"
from the Two Hunters vinyl and I really like it, even though it pretty much sounds like it could've
come straight from this album. What makes it different is that the recording quality is leagues ahead
and I can actually hear all the riffs. It's a much fuller atmosphere and much more entrancing.

I don't because I can't hear any of the melodies or the riffs or anything and it's not a very powerful
sound :/ I like the Two Hunters/Black Cascade sounds much better.
Idk I could be listening to a crappy rip but even the youtube uploads sound the same so idk.
