And I never said TWY were objectively awful. Theyre decent at best and I said that there were 90s Pop Punk albums that were more raw and interesting than their stuff, thats literally all I had to say about their stuff. I actually dug them a lot when I was 13/14 but they didnt hold up as well as other stuff I listened to did.

or maybe you're making a blanket assessment of an entire, far-reaching genre filled with countless bands across the world based on maybe several hundred records you've heard out of the thousands and thousands that have been made

...I literally do not think this site has a monopoly on anything. What the fuck are you going about. I have been listening to Pop Punk and Punk in general for longer than ive been on this site. I was super into a lot of Pop Punk from this decade when I was 13/14 and I dug through blogs and recommendations to find pretty obscure stuff. My time during this site has been like 2 years. How are you even saying this when my list of early 2000s Pop Punk albums had some very lesser known picks. How do you extrapolate me saying that relevancy matters out of my negative opinions on a scene.
I am not saying that my knowledge is so comprehensive, I am literally just stating my own impressions.
