This is like musical diarrhoea to me, trying to strain out every last sick riff and obnoxiously forced vocal melody into a big spluttery mess lol.
I suppose it was uncharted territory back then, still fairly impressive from an instrumental standpoint though. Vocals seem way too forced on this, although I don't think they really considered them when initially writing these tracks. So it's kinda to be expected haha!

100% the vocals make this borderline unbearable for me to come back to. I'd say re-record the entire thing again, but I still can't see the vocals working, with how they've been written into this like an afterthought.
The songwriting seems loads better in P2, but by Juggernaut they seem like a completely different band, much more focused and versatile.

yeah iirc spencer recorded these vox within like a month of joining the band. didn't have time to re-write so he just sang what the original vocalist wrote. i think you can find some of these songs with the old vocalist on youtube
