Leveler is not better than this by any means, really hope they take that formula from Meridian towards a new album. They need to abandon metalcore

I could agree with that to a point because Constellations still resonates with me, but I haven't listened to the album in a long time just a few songs.

Constellations has more emotion, hits harder. But yeah Leveler is still pretty cool.

I agree they haven't but Messengers gets kinda samey, they did the same breakdown way too many times.

I love Messengers though because like Thrill Seeker it hits so hard. For me, Messengers has some of my absolute favorite songs, Constellations is hands down the best album, Leveler gets lost somewhere in limbo and Thrill Seeker, while still being good, gets thrown under the bus lol. Its a good record but if I'm gonna listen to ABR it's last on my list

Yeah O Come is like incredible. If they did a whole album within that sound it'd be my AOTY. I'm stoked for whatever Christmas song they do this year. (Deep down I hope they are a band for 10-12 years so I'll have a full blown metal Christmas album to put on repeat at Christmas time)

I'm thinking they're gonna go in a post-metal(core) direction. Call me crazy or laugh at how stupid that sounds, but that would rule. They keep talking about not liking metalcore anymore, and Meridian, O Come O Come, Salt & Light, and Carpe Diem have got to be the basis for bigger plans.
