nah dude not all screamo is this messy and not all of them have horrible voices.

I know your thoughts on music that has this kind of structure (BTBAM, for example), but this is definitely the best screamo album I've heard along with City of Caterpillar. The 'mess' is a huge part of screamo, in an attempt to create a chaotic and desperate atmosphere, and the 'clean, proggy sections' are a 'break' from the chaos. I like that juxtaposition of the 'chaos VS cleanliness'. But I understand why people don't like this, but despite how 'messy' it may be, it doesn't warrant all the 1's that it has been receiving lately.
