I don't think it's a bad track, my main problem is that it's overlong. I'd probably even like a 2 minute Treefingers since it'd seem more like an interlude than almost a break from the album.

Both Lateralus and Amnesiac came out 1 month apart... chances are Hunting Bears may have been recorded first, especially since the Amnesiac sessions were the same as the Kid A sessions.
