Tbh I totally respect that he's not retreading this album on his 2nd/3rd LP, but he's on a pretty hard downward trajectory quality-wise. (No shame in not being able to replicate the quality of this LP, but would have been nice if he could have kept the lvl of the 2nd LP)

I'm worried I'll find this overrated, stripped down folk stuff doesn't appeal to me as much as it used to and a 4.3 average is a high expectation to meet.

Album is pure magic man, read about its background too first, it's also part of the appeal, and you will need cold weather for full effect.
