By The Pain is a great song. It's a bit odd, but it's a perfect closer to the album in a weird way.

The end of t/t is just insane and some of the best drumming I've ever heard. Truly Lopez's swan song for me. By The Pain is a weird song in that it has by far the most random/jarring transitions on the album, but the intro is smooth as fuck.
