i have to say something, wont take long. i was born in New York, i am black and i grew up in a nice neighborhood, but my parents are insane. they support the riots, they hate whites and talk to me differently when i have my friends come visit, who are white, but to me it seems foolish. yeah i get you should respect your parents and i do, but when they are closed minded at a time like this it makes me feel bad, like a lot of anxiety. i dont support rioting and protesting, its pointless to me, inbstead we should be learning from each other and trying to get along, i mean we're all the same body structure, just different color skin in different locations around earth. no need to fight, just get along and use science and logic to try and spread our civilization outwards to different planets

I read something relating rioting and looting to a trauma response. Like when kids are traumatized and break things, you have to react with love and caring etc. Like basically saying our reaction to rioting is all wrong. I guess I can see that, idk what do you think about that?
