yeah everyone says it's more accessible but nowadays I rarely get old albums but I will get it at some point, hopefully.

If Kezia is more accessible than this I could give it a chance. I really can't get into this, and don't know why, since all sputnik seems to love it.

This one has a slightly more ear-pleasing guitar tone, but they're both accessible.

they're both super accessible but kezia is slightly more because of its higher level of pop sensability and not as much harsh vocals (if any).

this is more accessible because it has better vocals, better guitar sound and is the better album

Meaning... I don't have to try Kezia if I didn't like this one in the first place?

if you like this, chances are you'll like kezia too. but kezia is the (slightly) more accessible album literally speaking.

I could never possibly enjoy this, but they've just released an instrumental version of this and that might be exactly what I need from these guys. This Message Edited On 01.19.09

can someone tell me if Protest the Hero reminds them of Sikth? Because right when heard this, it instantly made me go in my library and listen to The Trees Are Dead And Dried Out from Sikth

Yup

The vocals aren't quite as crazy as Justin Hill's & Mikee Goodman's, but the instrumentation is definitely similar. This Message Edited On 01.20.09

It's definitely intentional. Their guitarists are a pretty big influence on Luke's playing.

That's actually one of the reasons this band appeals to me. Good old Sikth.
