Yeah check Aquemini, really the only hip hop album I like more then this album as of now, but I'm still relatively new to hip hop in spite of it being 20% on my pie chart so can't say for sure if it's the best the genre has to offer.

Well I may forgetting stuff but no particular artist springs to mind when I think of a hip hop artist who only made one good album and then nothing but garbage
