I read similar things as well that with this album he wanted to do more cleans to sing more melodies but he isnt that comfortable with the cleans live yet but i have no doubt whatever they do next, clean vox or not will be incredible

Oh I figured they were calling it a day because wasn’t it incredibly difficult for them to even get this album recorded? Or am I completely mistaken or thinking of someone else?
Anyways, I totally welcome more cleans from whatever they do next. The best songs here prominently feature cleans.
One of the few screamo bands that get better the more melodic that they get. First two records are great, Clairvoyant is also great just in a different way, and then this is actually fucking god like.

I hope youre mistaken but for a band i love as much as these guys i know very little about them, but i remember after Clairvoyant they struggled a bit and took a break before they recorded and released COTM so maybe.

Yeah whatever they are doing they are doing it right and nailing the formula to perfection. The balance between cleans and harsh vox here are just perfection

Topping this is very unlikely but something on par or very close to this is something i have no doubt they can accomplish
Would love seeing them doing longer compositions and songs like No Gospel and maybe incorporating some ambient elements? The possibilities are endless and who knows what directions they might go! It wouldnt surprise me if they went for shorter more aggressive songs either but id love any direction they might choose

Doing the David Bowie Low approach would be sick! With one side of the record having some more ambient sections and songs and the other just totally kicking ass. Ok thats not really Low but close enough
