It's gotta be a misunderstanding. There's just no way.

To me, it seems like Jordan was probably talking about replacing him for the rest of the tour, as Keith tweeted saying he's focusing on his mental health and is taking time off until Tid the Season. The way Keith worded it, it's like he's saying Jordan has been trying to replace him for 20 years. That cannot be true. It just doesn't make sense. It's also hard for a band to be travelling separately. That sounds so strange.

Could be a mental break of some kind just as easily as a mutiny. Definitely will be interesting to see

What? It reads like it's a new development, and not for the tour, permanently.

He said "has been in talks to replace me this entire time." that's all he says about what Jordan said... So vague. What entire time? The entire tour? The entire 20 years of the band? The entire year? The entire day? If you think this reads as a new development, is it just the entire day?

Yeah I mean it's wrong to speculate from knowing so little...but Keith / Andy / Jordan have seemed rock solid since the very beginning. I can understand it being really difficult to change how you operate after decades on the road, but I find it real fuckin' hard to believe Jordan / Andy are naive enough to think ETID could ever exist without Keith Buckley on the mic. And to be fair, ETID ain't ETID without those two on guitar either.

Honestly if this is their swan song I wouldn't have it any other way. Still sucks horribly, really wanted to see these guys live one day. Hopefully they can resolve their differences.

It would be hard on both sides. With Keith being sober, having those guys drink heavy (if they do) would be tough. But then, it also would be tough if Keith acts like they're aliens because they drink, just like he used to. Keith is born again.

You can tell by his tweets and recent interviews that he has changed a lot.

Yeah a frontman is always tough, but there's no denying he's maybe the most irreplaceable frontman in existence.

And I feel for anyone who hasn't seen them live. I've seen them fourteen times since '04 and I'm sitting here bummed AF that I may never see them again. Far and away the best there is.

If you replaced Jordan, they would sound like a different band. If you replaced Keith, they would sound like a different band. I don't think Jordan is replaceable either.

Can't imagine this band without Keith's unique voice and phenomenal lyrics. Whatever they're going through rn, I hope they patch it up, cus its lookin real ugly from the outside.
