I agree with zak, as this one wasn't always my favorite Maiden. My experience:
It was one of the first vinyls that I ever got, and probably took a solid 5 years or so to become one of my favorites. Caught Somewhere In Time was a grower for me, especially Bruce's vocal style, as it didn't sound as accessible as their previous material at the time. Of course, Stranger In A Strange Land and Wasted Years were extremely accessible, but you had to get through the opener to get to them. Remember fellas, digital platforms didn't exist. Cassettes dominated, and you had to fast forward to get to where you wanted to be. With all that, Caught Somewhere In Time is now one of my favorite songs, ever.

Indeed Titan. It is a top 10 album of all time for me, probably around 5-6. I am a tad older than you, I got to enjoy this a young teenager finding my way - huge influence.
