33% isn't enough for your opinion to be valid

dunno pie charts are pretty relevant in the argument as to whether this album is a classic or just one
of the most accessible hip hop albums.
its not that your opinion being invalid, its just when you rate almost 900 albums and not even 10 of
those are hip hop I assume hip hop isn't your favorite genre

Stan (which is Eminem's voice)
No shit
kills himself AND his pregnant girlfriend.
Nice way to completely miss the point of the story, and Em wasn't even talking as himself in that up until the very end
The Way I am (among other lines) "I'm lifting you 10 feet ... in the air
I don't care who was there and who saw me destroy you"
Marshall Mathers "You might see me walking a dead rottweiler dog
With its head chopped off in the park with a spiked collar
Hollering at him cause the son of a bitch won't quit barking
Or leaning out a window with a cocked shotgun"
Under the Influence "I'm like a fuckin' wasp in the hospital lost
Stingin' the fuck outta everything I come across in the halls
I light a candle and place it up on the mantle
Grab a knife at the blade and stab you with the fucking handle
So when you find yourself wrapped up in the blinds, hurting
(Bitch it's too late)
Cause once you're hung from the drapes, it's curtains"
None of these songs are about killing people, they only happen to have lines about that (probably for the shock factor admittedly); they're not the main subject matter in any of them

The point is that at this point he was a one trick pony who used the shock value of killing his
family/some celebrity etc. in every one of his songs - he was more noteworthy for being white than
for being a legendary lyricist. When that isn't the entire point of the song, its just him ranting
about how much it sucks being famous.
It wasn't til Eminem Show that he actually became more than a one trick pony. Thats why (judging on
rapping/lyrics alone)I think it goes:
1. The Eminem Show
2. Marshall Mathers LP 2
3. Infinite
4. Marshal Mathers LP
5. Slim Shady LP
6. Encore
7. Recovery
8. Relapse

it doesn't prove anything im just saying i find his lyrics on this album very repetetive and flashy compared to some of his other stuff
