Checked out this Linkin Park cover band called "In The End". Such a dope show, catch a good Linkin park cover band when you can. They didn't play any reanimation tho and I wished they played In Pieces

By Myself, Papercut, With You and A Place for my Head are my top 4 here. Have always loved Crawling too, just heard it so many goddamn times. Pushing Me Away is the shit too but the version they play on Live in Texas is far superior (I know it’s the reanimated version, but the live in Texas version works particularly well and trumps it).

I think that I’m honestly able to view their earlier work without much bias, there’s for sure some nostalgia here, regardless I really don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say that he really was one of the best rock vocalists to ever do it, and is for sure my favorite from the nu metal scene aside from Chino



And yes that Texas cd is so damn good. That version of Crawling is so killer… but I like the One More Light Live version even more. It’s just fucking heartbreaking man, and hearing the audience chills me to the bone. There’s some really deep pain in that performance man.



I really wish I could’ve caught them live with him.
