Narcolepsy's probably my favorite song of the first half of this album [2]

"I assume anyone who 5's this is largely due to nostalgia right? I don't think it's an impeccable record"

Some people rank albums with an 1.9 average or less with a 5 so it's nothing strange for this album. 5 is a definitive rating, dont use it incorrectly.

Usually those people just 5 low-average albums ironically though.

"nice bud, it grows and grows for sure"

Ive been listening to this album for 20 years and the amount it has grown is staggering. I can barely listen to the last four tracks now due to the overwhelming nostalgia.

I did have this 5'd for a bit even though it's not a nostalgic album for me, but it's just a couple songs too long. Take away Good For You and maybe something else like Graduate and it'd be a 5 for sure

Not sure I really get the apathy for Graduate. It's such a rocker. "Can I get my punk ass off the street" is like the third line; I dunno if there's a better way to start a song hahaha

Graduate is a fine song but it just gets a bit overshadowed by almost everything else. I really don't have a problem with it, but with the album being long it might be one that I'd cut if I had to pick a couple

I always listen to albums in full (resume if I don't have the time) unless they genuinely don't really flow well or some songs are legit that bad. This isn't one of those albums. I do agree that Graduate isn't a highlight but it's still great.

Yeah same here I really don't like skipping songs. And I'll usually listen to this in full but if I'm gonna skip any Graduate would be one of my first choices. Still a solid jam though

I'd cut Burning man. Such a rinky-dink guitar line at the start; feels silly compared to the rest of the album.

Im not saying to cut anything... But if there were a public cutting of songs from this album, that'd be my vote.
