"That setlist is yucky though and I'm totally down for it. The 3 main songs off Prologue have become 3 of my favorites and Face is easily one of their best. Never heard Such a Shame live either so that'll be a nice treat from this album.

@Fear - I'll be making the drive up to Philly for the Saturday show too."

Shame I just saw this message now as we could've coordinated to meet. If you saw someone wearing a Cave In-Until Your Hearts Stops t-shirt that was me and my buddy was wearing Sublime.

@Fear - Not sure if I saw you or not. I was up front wearing a white Callous Daoboys tour tee.

Show was fucking insane and I finally got to meet Olli after the show and talk to him for a good while and got a picture with him. He's such a nice dude and tried to make time for everyone outside that was waiting. That arcade game they had was cool af too.

Oh, and I'm pretty sure that Vince is Contrast. I was surprised at first only seeing 4 members on stage and was thinking there's no way that he wouldn't have shown up for their first US headlining tour. The fact the new song is called Face makes it seem evident that it was him finally revealing himself.

I could be totally wrong though.

Nah I think you’re right. Kinda bummed they didn’t add another guitarist because I really think they could do some crazy shit with another but like you said I really doubt he’d miss their first headlining tour

They’re all doing vocals in the music video… are they all doing vocals live?? lmfao this fucking band is just playing with us.

I’m sure there are a bunch but I don’t think I’ve ever listened to a band where literally everyone is doing vocals

He didn't sing anything last night and didn't have a mic. The rest of them did though cause Sam had all his screams during Face.

I saw someone on their Discord say that Contrast signed something for them as "Vince" a couple years ago too.

See that's where I'm confused. I'm almost certain Vin and Contrast are different people. They're literally standing side by side at the start of the face video.

But it's interesting there's only 4 of them on stage now... Who knows. Maybe Contrast ran out of cool masks and just hangs out in the back. He's probably just a studio musician now to keep up his mysterious persona.

Also a possibility, especially since Vin has two different guitars than what Contrast plays. Could've been movie magic in the video though and/or someone else dressed as Contrast in the photos and when they're in the same shots of the video. I know Olli has said that Contrast is supposed to be more of a symbol for the band.

You could be right man. The lore goes deep haha. Maybe we'll find out more with the next music video drop, can't wait for that.

What's the new song like guys? Straight forward ripper like Overground or another hook city banger like face?

Sort of in between but closer to Face. It was great. Forgot to mention I managed to get the setlist and had Olli sign it. The new song is listed as "NAH Wot?" Felt like more of a jam similar to Cubicle Dialogue or Vague (which was so good live) than something in the vein of Disposable Care and Lye Solution. Being real though, I could barely hear Olli being right in the front and the energy was wild up there so it was hard to pay attention to every detail of what was going on.

Hope I'm not misremembering too hard, Jeet. I just recall it having kind of a head bopping groove to it but I had people diving on me non-stop from the stage and was in the pit that opened up in front.

I think I saw you at the end of the show in the merch line cuz I do remembering seeing that t-shirt somewhere. We'll have to meet up at another future show for a mutual band we like.

oh wait you actually met Olli too? I wanted to wait and see if they'd come out just to meet and chat a little but we had to get an uber home before prices jacked up. That arcade definitely was pretty neat. We were playing it for a bit lol. I gotta see that pic! Olli seems chill af, so does the rest of the group.
