also yeah we cannot deny for sure nothing ever happened with MJ, and he did settle one case for $22million, while going to criminal court and being found not guilty for another. michael was clearly messed up in some regards and clearly had a very traumatic upbringing. that doesn’t excuse it if he did what he was alleged to do (and letting a child sleep in your bed is just bad judgement). at the same time even if the accusations were false, michael’s personality and actions made them really easy to believe. it’s almost as if we wanted him to be guilty of something because of how weird he was.
