The biggest metal band ever, in terms of total ticket sales, album sales and wider popularity is Metallica, no doubt about that.

Faenrir ive seen them 15 times. Never missed a tour. Never saw them in a stadium. That's because they never played in a stadium on one of their tours here in the US. Was there a one-off at some point for an Ozzfest or weekend festival, probably. But a Maiden tour in the US has never seen a stadium. They are an arena band.

Now stop being ignorant.

Nowadays Metallica is more a product rather than a band [2]

For a long time, I longed to visit NYC. I always wanted to see the skyscrapers, walk the central park, watch a play in Broadway...

Nowadays, I'm not so sure. People have told me it's a crime-rigged city, you're afraid to go outside when it's dark, etc...

No idea if what they're telling me is true, though...

These past few days, news of riots consuming the us, are all over the Greek news, so either way, it's not the best time to visit the country

Very Nice review for one of the best Maiden albums. The tone, Bruce's voice, the solos all come together on this one. And the tracks that didn't make the album are pretty good as well!

The Vangelis intro is awesome and this tour should have been great, too. My favorite Eddie, along with his Killers version.

Probably Maiden's best less popular artwork is the one from Stranger in a Strange Land single, which is the same Eddie as this one
