Yeah, he got close to not being able to play drums anymore because of the constant pain associated with drumming. He's been wearing gloves for some time now and it seems to have helped him. I remember hearing about it right before the release of Immutable, I think? Don't know if it's progressed or is being treated well.

Yeah, so wild. I read about it today in the Immutable interview he did with Rolling Stone. Seems like it hasn’t gotten better and he just kinda has to play. I admire his grit but also..damn

I fear the band would make a sudden full stop at any time if his health is in jeopardy, i really hope he gets the recovery he truly needs

So ahrd. Band is also goated for history. We can't ask any more of them. They have given us celestial gifts most people can only dream of.

If they want to keep going, then fuck it, keep going. If they want to be done, well by God they've earned that. May their steps be blessed, and guided by light.

Haake is also the primary lyricist for the band too. If he goes, you may as well call it quits.

Jens said it himself in one interview a long time ago, if one of them has to go it's pretty much over

^I mean, they have been doing this for 40 years now, they can call it quits if they need to. They made a big legacy in the metal scene anyway.

I have a feeling they’re not going to tour again after this. Definitely jump on it if you see a date you can go to
