Album needs more love. Learnt Fade Out the other day on guitar, so simple yet so wonderful, though obviously I can't match Thom's vocals so it aint the same

third in my trek through their discog, In RAinbows blows away all comers so far, at least better than OK, and this, pretty subdued

These guys fit right into the stereotype that brits all to appear to suffer from sickle cell and a slight case of downs.

tied with TKOL for Thom's best album vocally, I just struggle to vibe with some of the U2 flavours on this thing

I love TKOL for the ~vibes~ more than the vocals tbh, though that album is still certainly a quality performance on Thom's part

But then again one could argue that Thom's vox play a decent-sized role in TKOL's ~vibes~ so ¯_(ツ)_/¯

"Fake Plastic Trees" though. It's probably been said time and time again by many a Radiohead fan, but Thom's vocals during the back half of that song are chillingly beautiful. Arguably it's either that or "How to Disappear Completely" for his most evocative vocal performance (unless I'm missing something amongst Thom's solo material or Atoms for Peace, which I admittedly have yet to check - also haven't heard all of Radiohead's b-sides either)
