I will say, as much as I'm happy the guys (and now gal) are touring again, I'm also glad they haven't announced any new studio albums. Not because I don't think they'd put out something good (and the new drummer is absolutely killer), but because Clockwork Angels was such a fantastic swan song. And The Garden might just be the best sendoff song any "legacy" rock band has ever put out
Pretty sure I posted this earlier in the thread, but that one Hall of Fame video on Youtube -- the one where The Garden is playing over Rush's Rock and Roll HoF victory and everyone's giving their deafening standing ovation -- still makes me tear up every time I watch it. And that video was also a tribute to Neil, who had just recently passed at the time, so it chokes me up even more

Agreed. I certainly wouldn't complain about new Rush music, but I'm more than satisfied with this album as their closing statement.

^ Yeah, kinda like what Queen have been doing. I appreciate the fact that their Paul Rodgers-fronted album was under the "Queen+" name, so it's separated from the original Queen discog. I'd be fine with Rush doing something like that

The setlist looks great from last nights show. However also luckily for me its nothing I feel bad about missing too. Very few songs left that I would die to see from them that I havent before.
