I really need to hear the remaster, I've always felt the production could be better. Mechanical is definitely a word that springs to mind.

the drums actually sound natural instead of super digital and triggered-sounding.

Sounds good, I need to do my username justice & actually check that then. I don't return to this one nearly as much as I'd like.

The remasters are fine but quite thin when compared to the beef of the original.

Definitely more well rounded, though.

I can now confirm this as being true, definitely the most noticeable difference so far.

the drums definitely sound better but for me they're just a bit too high in the mix. same goes for the bass.

They were very noticeable but in the case of the drums I was specifically listening out for the differences.

Maybe it was a case of making the most prominent flaw of the previous recording shine through (a little too much), lets make it louder guys, so you can't miss the changes we made & can justify this existing.

I'm not a fan of the original Deliverance, especially the drums & the re-master may also be slightly flawed but can't decide which is better at this stage. Damnation simply didn't need re-recording at all.

Damnation remaster is a strange one for me, Windowpane just sounds looped and really digitial to my ears.

When you say 'didn't interest me' does that mean you haven't heard them, or was the disinterest manifested afterwards?

Remasters only served to get that sweet dollar dollarrrrrr.

Production on this and Damnation were already perfect.

Man you're blinkered. Even the drums on this don't bother you at all? I know you're a super-fan-boy but...

Pulled pork sounds amazing right now, I'm jealous. I have some tuna/pasta salad thing I brought in, it's ok but doesn't compare.

And where better to get that Pork than blackwater Pork farms, offering the most progressive pork money can buy

Also, I did listen to the remasters and thought they were very unnecessary
