This album has to have one of the top 10 greatest vocal performances of all time. It's so deranged without sounding contrived.



It's actually amazing that only about 5% of this album is cheesy considering that they looked like outcasts at a grade 10 Halloween party at the time

JFAC's bassist was super influenced by Ryan, def shows in Sun Eater and Nuclear Power Trio. Love that dude's bass tone.

Holy fuck man I saw them a couple nights ago



I had less than zero expectation of a good performance. I literally prepped my friends who didn't get why I was willing to suffer Rob Zombie and PM5K to see Mudvayne (finally) that the vocal performance would probably be one of the worst we've ever endured.



I'm not gonna sit here and say he hit all the notes, but he sure as fuck hit every scream. They fucking killed that show, and Ryan was turning heads the whole time. I'm still having trouble processing that, after so many years thinking I missed my chance, I saw Death fucking Blooms performed live.



Do not miss them if you can hit one of these shows. They're playing lots of LD50 (even Severed!) and absolutely killed it.

Holy shit. Went back and jammed Severed and Death Blooms due to the mention here and damn the bass on Severed is so amazing. Haven't jammed this in full in forever and honestly only revisit Dig much although it's frequently. A front to back spin is definitely in order
