Still Life is their absolute magnum opus followed by MAYH and Morningrise in that order, then it shifts between this and Ghost Reveries for me.

Still Life has the potential of surpassing this one, because it's a concept album and I love those. Also, it's stellar, but I currently find myself enjoying BWP more.

Yeah I think that the fact that both Still Life and MAYH are concept albums adds a lot to my preference of both records over this one. This a masterpiece though

The atmosphere on this has never pulled me in. I always found Morningrise, MAYH, GR, even Watershed more engrossing. I know, it's weird, I'm weird w/e lol. Bleak is fucking perfect though.
The story behind Still Life is incredible. I always liked Serenity Painted Death but when I learned its context...man-tears of metal manliness were shed that day.
