@Kill yah that's true enough, turns out Steve DiG used a fretted on Human. But Scot has a bass solo on one of the "Story To Tell" demos that's clearly fretless, unless another bassist played that demo, could've been Steve for all I know

actually i take that back, id take Sean on the first 4, keep Gene on Individual Thought Patterns, and put Richard on the last two. not to poop on anyones drumming performance, but i think that might have created the best outcome.

yea its a shame he didnt get to play on anymore death records, control denied and his stuff with iced earth were great performances too but they werent really extreme enough to allow him to go balls out
his prank calls are almost as good as his drumming too
