@Zak

It just exemplies some of the many point that caused my meltdowns at work until I couldn't anymore and put me on permanent disability.

I'm better now. Not perfect of course. Never will be, but Won my case and i'm leaving a comfortable life with mom and dad now. For now until I save up. All the things, coupled with autism and the mental health issues that come with it, sensory issues, chronic pain, having trouble finding my place, it all just came to a exploding point at two different full time jobs when i asked myself 'maybe i just can't do this anymore?' It wasn't a decision I wanted to make but more one I HAD to make.

I know this plight well. It sounds like you did what was necessary to survive which is fair enough. It's no wonder so many of us struggle, especially the (majority) who work in disabling environments, where the proper support isn't offered or even understood. Good luck to you. Hope you find something fulfilling and sustainable in the longer-term.

Morrissey is the prima-donna I used to tolerate, but not anymore. I stopped listening to his solo stuff, but The Smiths are different, and there were three other guys in the band, all doing amazing jobs.

I'm not remotely interested in delving any deeper into his solo stuff and pretty sure I never will. I don't remember enjoying 'You Are The Quarry' much anyway (only vague recollection I have). I just see no reason to bother now.

@Demon Glad you understand man thanks. I hope I find that peace too. For now my biggest stressor is lifted off my shoulders which is what needed to happen.

I loved You Are The Quarry back in the day, went to see him live, but that was a disappointment.

^yeah, he tends to do lackluster performances these days unless you catch him in one of his favorite cities. Saw him in Tempe AZ, his voice was perfect but energy was flatlined. I saw him at Hollywood Bowl and he crushed it.
