juts cos it isnt as good as these doesnt mean it sucks if u compared it to a btbam album per se it would be 5/5 and a btbam as a 2 would be considered as suckage so wywh is atleast a 3 which is good

The second half of Disc 2 (from Comfortably Numb onwards) is great but before that it's pretty much a snoozefest yeah.

@Rowan: Hey You is one of the best songs on the album though.

Um Hey You? Nobody Home?

Album Rating: 5.0
Hey You is a bit overrated imo, Nobody Home is a good point though that song rules. In any case, my point is the Wall would be the best album ever if Gilmour and Wright had sung it instead of Waters but as it is, it isn't even Top 5 Floyd for me.

Fair point. I actually wish that Dave had have sang SOYCD.

Oh yeah I agree with that. Waters could lay down some good vocals when he tried that's for sure, but even at his very best he could never be a match for Wright or Gilmour (or Syd for that matter) even on their average days (not that they had any but y'know). Rick should've sung more goddamnit, why the hell did he just stop after Darkside?

Because Roger is a dick.

The Gilmour-Wright harmonies are beautiful.
|

Hey You rules. Although I do wish Gilmour had sung the whole song, Water's vocals at the end are awful.

Who you talking to FourthReich? @avon agreed they're pretty much my two favourite singers ever.

roger shouldn't have ever been allowed anywhere near a vocal mic agreed

And yeah @Jamie, Waters was like "Hmm I'm gonna gradually improve my vocals over Floyd's career, reach my peak and be pretty good on Animals, go to shit for one album with the Wall then go back to being good on the Final Cut".
Just wtf
