His vocals are actually pretty good on that album and on Peace Sells.

I'm gonna be perfectly honest, Anthrax is like second behind Megadeth of the big four for me.

I've never been a fan of high pitched singing, always sounded stupid. My favorite thrash bands for singing would probaby be Metallica and Testament

Yeah, I honestly think Testament's above any of the big four, but that's me being stupid. I do acknowledge that they've not done anything better than RiP, but they've been far more consistent throughout their careers, and their low points weren't quite as low as the others. I would take Demonic over Diabolus in Musica/Super Collider/St. Anger/Stomp 442 any day.

I remember nothing from Death Magnetic, apart from All Nightmare Long and My Apocalypse. I don't want to remember The Unforgiven III

It was an improvement, but that doesn't mean much, and it doesn't make it a comeback.

Wait isn't it pretty much a comeback regardless of quality since it's a return to their classic sound after over a decade of different music?

I think of Comebacks as ''Yeah, we've been doin' nothin' for the past x years so... We got together again and here's this.'' As far as I know, Metallica were active, just not producing new material.

Also, remember Lords Of Summer....? ''Here's a glance of our new album... Yeah, it's just that, lol, no other songs.''

I think 'comeback' implies going back to top form.

In the case of Death Magnetic, it was more of a disappointing return, not a comeback.

A "comeback" isn't well defined. To one person it's just making new music after a long time, to another it's going back to original style, to the next it's returning to critical acclaim.
