I think I read something about how he was gonna release it back then but then people weren't feeling the singles so he pushed it back again

You faggots keep egging me on

SHUT UP! Give me your hands and feet
I said SHUT UP when I'm talking to you
YOU HEAR ME? ANSWER ME!

New album is being so overlooked because of a few bad pop joints (how the hell does recovery have 3x
its ratings?). The sounds on MMLPII take a while to grow, but he is about 10x as witty as he was on
this album and has 13 years of additions to his daily-edited rhyme book to draw from.

This has 14 tracks, if you take the best 14 tracks on MMLPII, its as good, maybe better (if you
could delete a couple god-awful hooks) than this.

There is no doubt that as an emcee (expressing a message in an intelligent way) his is on another
level in the new album, I still consider this album more of a introductory album to hip hop than a
true timeless classic. I never find myself going back and listening to songs from this except Drug
Ballad. I feel like this album is mainly just songs that sound good but don't say a lot.

Overlooked? No chance MMLP2 is the best thing he's done since this, but it's not saying a lot.

I think Eminem Show, MMLP or MMLP2 could be plausibly be considered his best album.

If you are just reading lyrics, MMLP2 is by far his best.
If you just go off of sound and enjoying the sound of the music/flow MMLP is by far his best.
If you want to learn about his actual personal life and views (not Slim Shady's fiction stories)
Eminem show is by far his best.

SSLP is jack of all trades master of none, hardly any flaws but not as many mind blowing tracks as
his other albums.

MMLP2 is the best of his worst albums and that's about all it has going for it

its his wittiest lyrically, by far, he is on point with double entendres... so many on that album its
ridiculous, I don't think many people are catching how subtle his wordplays are cuz the music sucks
and they don't replay it much or focus in on the lyrics (or read them)

What is the point of focusing on the lyrics when the music sucks? I might as well just go read something more enjoyable

It's not an opinion to say MMLP2 is his best. You're just wrong. Lol

MMLP2 is just as good as Recovery, with an exceptions of 2-3 songs wich are his best since Em' Show prob. It's a 2.5-3 overall. Maybe a 3. The beats are awful. 3-4 songs can't make a album with 20 songs "his best".

srsly how can you compare MMLP2 with this classic... even Em' Show is 10 times better.

MMLP2 isn't fun to listen to: it's good only because it was leagues ahead of recovery and encore and relapse

"What is the point of focusing on the lyrics when the music sucks? I might as well just go read

music grows overtime when you know the lyrics better

"It's not an opinion to say MMLP2 is his best. You're just wrong. Lol" Would bet I've heard
multiple times more eminem, MMLP2 and hip hop than you. You also gotta know the history of his life
and the history of hip hop to get his lyrics on there so thats probably why you dont get it

"MMLP2 isn't fun to listen to:" lol. ok you decide whats fun. you guys just aren't picking up on his
lyrics, they are lightyears ahead of anything hes ever written and he has way more than 2-3 good
songs. Are you even listening to the deluxe edition?
