it's more restrained than this but i prefer its more minimalistic approach to this. somewhere at the bottom however is a beast of an album even though it's by far the most all-over-the-place of their full-lengths. this kinda falls somewhere in the between, doesn't really hit me that hard but it's still all very good

@BHDrummer my band played a show with them back when they released Wildlife. I know they hadn't been to Richmond much so we tried to be friendly and talk to them, kinda tell them the ins and outs of RVA, where to eat, etc etc etc. They pretty much snubbed us, told us they didn't need our help and proceeded to ignore us. Kinda made it seem that we were out of their league. The only cool dude was the balding one and he's the one who left the band a few years ago. We were only trying to be nice to a band that we really enjoyed, and it just left a bad taste in our mouths towards them. Solid album tho
