Never gets old.

This is probably my favorite movie of all time, even know it flopped on it's ass. Anyway, this album definitely has it's full on comedic lyrical jack black as usual. But also, I was impressed with some of the music. I never knew the d had such a badass riff as in "the metal"

'The Pick of Destiny', the 2nd LP from comedic duo Tenacious D, is the soundtrack to their film of the same name. At 37 minutes in length, it is much more concise than the band's promising debut, yet nowhere near as consistently humorous, with practically the whole mid-section being filler. Conversely, there is more attention paid to the musical components here, making the replay value higher than its predecessor. It's definitely worth a listen, and the vocal cameos of Dave Grohl, Meatloaf & Ronnie Dio help on 2 of the album's highlights 'Beelzeboss' & 'Kickapoo'. Recommended Tracks: Beelzeboss, Classico & Kickapoo.
