The way Scott sings that line is pretty hilarious tbh

Stand Here With Me has a really good guitar riff. actually, most guitar work in Creed was pretty solid

Alter Bridge is indisputable proof that Scott was the problem with Creed, considering that band is literally just the same lineup without him

Pretty much. When they did the comeback album and reconciled, you can hear the difference in how the band was playing from this to Full Circle. It really felt like Alter Bridge without Kennedy on some of those songs.

If Full Circle would have been released before Alter Bridge came to be, I think it would have been received a lot better, instead of feeling like a rehash of an already better version of the band with a more talented singer.

Creed really isn’t that bad. Their big singles like One Last Breath and Higher were corny and occasionally cringeworthy but most of their album tracks were filled with good stuff. This is their weakest, it just feels very jumbled and confused.

But holy fuck Bullets legit sounds like a Lamb Of God song. People compared creed to nickelback but nickelback never did anything even remotely as heavy as Bullets

"creed really isn't that bad" [2]

it's pretty funny hearing how obviously bored the rest of the band is playing this stuff, doing fills and bass licks and little hammer-ons at every chance they get. at least they got to show off in alter bridge and tremonti.

I'd like to rate this higher because of how good the instrumental work is, but Scott's voice is just so annoying that I can't

I love Tremonti's guitar playing, but Scott's voice is annoying after a while, and the whole Christian mystique thing kinda wears thin eventually and this is coming from someone who goes to Church fairly regularly.

Scott's voice is terribad agreed. I saw someone say that he sounded like he had a European accent when he sings and now all I can picture is Tommy Wiseau being the frontman for Creed.

Stapp is pretty much the sole reason why Creed was so hated. Pretty much every career decision that made Creed hated was entirely Stapp's directions.

He did a thing where he would review movies that had "Creed" in the title and talk about why he was confused at whey they would use his band's name when it had nothing to do with them. I remember it being pretty funny.

Here is his review of Creed from the Rocky series.
