it's just accessible enough to be palatable to a mainstream audience and just bold enough to get people telling us they've ascended to a higher plane of artistry, I don't think they've heard anything full-blown avant-garde so they're getting their minds blown like never before.
as for me, i'm glad there's more accessible gateways to experimental music, even if they may seem basic compared to the most out there avant-artists, and for me it's a solid vibe
