I basically like 6 songs pretty well, Fat Morgan is OK, and the other 4 blow. But even several of the ones I enjoy don’t like… stir me to emotion. They’re just pleasant

nash, you didn't like the t/t????

I really liked that one!!!!!

And yeah, Rotoscope is underrated. The t/t is kind of meh but the other two tracks demolish

Again, I'm way too easy to please because I fucking love Rotoscope's t/t. That breakdown into the final chorus is sick every time

Hysteria's final breakdown is definitely better though

"Fat Morgan" LOL
When that track started my brain flooded with dopamine. The atmosphere is back! The reverb-y clean picking over walls of death!
There's individual tracks here that I'm less in love with than the rest, but I don't find myself skipping anything because there's a melody or a rhythm in every track that gets to me.

Nomos, you have to review this... So I can put my thoughts back together again. Agreed that Fat Morgan was kind of a badass track

Both Rotoscope and Hysteria have some of Spiritbox's best breakdowns. I hope to god that at least one of them is on the setlist for the tour, I'd love to see it live

I don't think they play Rotoscope anymore but they DO randomly throw in Hysteria, which is so cool. But they're probably changing the setlist a lot to include the new songs

Hawks, I have 0 idea if you're gonna love this or hate this. Because it's djenty but it's also extremely melodic at the same time and doesn't just blend together (for me, at least)

I mean I can dig some djenty stuff for sure. I love Polaris a lot and some similar bands. As long as its not all pure wank then I can definitely get down with it. We shall see after my headphones charge.
