Weird Amethyste riff at 1:27 that ends in a 2/4 then 6/4 bar that still hurts my brain after multiple listens gang

I don't know if this was mentioned before, but Komorebi in Japanese translates to "sunlight filtering through the trees". when you listen to the first song...yeah it makes sense.

Am I really the only one here that thinks L'Envol is the best thing they've ever done?

L'Envol is catchy and memorable but it doesn't hit me in the feels like Amethyste and L'Enfant or even Jumelle does.

It really felt like they were going through the motions on Spiritual Instinct. This is an inspired return to form. L'Enfant de la Lune is such a brilliant song.

I echo that L'Envol might be one of their best songs yet

Was hesitant to order this directly from Nuclear Blast (now sold out) because with shipping it was around $40 in the US, but just ordered the yellow vinyl off Amazon for like $24 shipped if anyone was interested in picking this up and didn't want to pay crazy shipping rates.

Not super familiar with this band but I have seen the praise over the years. I threw this on headphones last night and had a great time. I really like the light and fluffy approach this has but still keeps that metal edge from time to time. The singing doesn't do a whole lot for me but I think that will grow on repeated listens.

Tried learning Sapphire on guitar last night. Can't match their tone at all. Whatever magic Alcest has done to hone in on their particular sound I don't think I can respectfully recreate.
