either the second half of this album is mixed better than the first or my ears have changed
"A lot of the album is a bit of blur/samey."
been TSSF's biggest problem their entire career

Not really it sounds like you're just bummed they didn't do Proper Dose pt. 2

nah I’m more bummed they regressed to a worse version of their pre-proper dose selves

I slightly agree with outliers on this one. Feels like they took a step back from the progression they were starting to make with PD, went back to a more energetic early 2010s pop punk style, and it’s good but not as good as WYDS. Also gotta say the mix doesn’t hold a candle to WYDS either. The drums are so front and center, and so are the vocals but they also seem to stand out in their own place and don’t sit in the mix very well. Idk hard to explain

What the fuck is that album art
|
| |
The art is truly atrocious to the point that I might be slightly less interested in this album as a result
|
| |
It's debatable but the Mega Man 1 American NES box art may be better than this album art.
|
| |
omg those box arts are comically bad. They beat this for laugh points though

i mean yea but kind of in an endearing way. single handedly has more personality than the music itself at least
|

I wonder what they were thinking of with the album cover. "Ya know what would be kewl. Someone wearing blue jeans but the perspective is really whack and they look real tall! This cover will put Andy Warhol's (for the Velvet Underground) to shame."
