thanks for recommending Cave Sermon & Vemod. Currently listening to the former and the part that comes in at like 2:30 in the first song is so cool, random noise horror section going into a beautiful major organ pad riff then into a bloody banging breakdown? Fuck this is cool stuff.

After at least 20 listens, this is definitely great, a truly successful concept album, but it doesn't quite reach the heights of Ummon for me. Less magical moments of sheer perfection, especially the many smoother, more aerial moments found on Ummon.

I still can't believe how incredible this album is from front to back. Ummon was something special but this is just one great idea after another. This is one of those records you will throw on in 20 years and it will still be just a ridiculous then as it is now. Wow
