theres a lotta great reunion material from their peers like glassjaw (material control), saosin (along the shadow), early november (in currents, imbue) and aof (otherness), among others (but theyre also just better bands anyway) so i just take it as a case by case thing



but like, its not like ive even listened to this or silverline, and thats pre matty

if they wanna tour/play anberlin songs with matty, fine. but making new songs with him is lame. especially when both of these EPs were very good

Just so bland and doesn't have any of the Anberlin charm. I expected that to a degree because Stephen is one of a kind, but I thought (hoped) that the compositions would make up for it.
