I love this record, pre-ordered it on bandcamp, got it on vinyl with a t shirt, pretty sweet. But, I will say that Speciation is superior to this. Not by much, but I can always put on Speciation, where as this album, I haven't spun it much since it dropped. It was amazing those first couple listens though

Revisited this for the first time in probably a year (or more) and enjoyed/appreciated it significantly more. Earned a score bump from 3 -> 3.5, I still don't think this is as "memorable" as SPECIATION (or even GROTQESUE) but there's so much nuance that I suppose I never gave it enough credit for previously, and goddamn I love this band's drummer.
That puts Faceless Burial in somewhat rarefied (albeit niche) air; metal bands with (1) at least three full-length releases and (2) all of them scoring 7/10 or higher. The only other bands on this list for me are Altar of Plagues, Mgla, Misþyrming, and Serpent Column. (Mortiferum, Ad Nauseam, Blood Incantation, and Dead Congregation would be there, but they only have 2 full-length releases as of now. And bands like Immolation, DsO, Gorguts, Electric Wizard, Pyrrhon, Skaphe, and Ulcerate are close, but all have at least one 6/10 (or lower) from me.
