This was the first CD I ever got for myself. I didn't even know what it was.

Yeah this is perfectly post-grunge, they just didn't catch on quite as much as their peers. Probably because they come from that country where they say stuff like bottle-o and choccy biccy.

They had tremendous success in the US with Tomorrow. To my knowledge they did OK with Freak Show too.
They essentially changed their sound every album which might have done them a disservice, who knows?
They were however definitely huge in Aus throughout their career.

i'm reading their book atm and revisiting the whole discog. this was one of the first cds i ever bought back in the day. still sounds heavy!
