I am in the "this record is better than Empty Black" camp too. The chaotic bits here are slightly more interesting and I feel the melodic moments stand out more than previously. This record is so difficult for me to follow that I completely and willingly give in and let it lovingly crash over me.

Empty Black is better imo, I listened to them back to back a few times and it was pretty clear. This is still fantastic. No filler, tons of great stuff. I don't care what anyone says about All Candy, it's a good song, just a little weirdly out of place.

my only complaints are that All Candy feels weird as the second track, I'd probably move its position. Great song though.
I also feel like the guitar effect on Foreign Anchors breakdown is grating to my ears.

Pup came out the week before and it has minimum of 20x the streams. It doesn't seem like a large number of people are interested in new Greyhaven material. All Candy (single) only has 161k streams and Ornaments (single) only has 60k.
