I’m fine with Pika hating this album because at least he stands by an opinion that makes sense. He prefers the metal sound but doesn’t say that’s why this album sucks to him. He is saying some of the proggier aspects that are less repetitive are what he likes more as opposed to “mEtAlL BaND nOoOt meTaL bAnNdND NoO MoO”

I wouldn’t really call pika a troll all the time, a harsh critiquer sure, but he brings valid, opinionated points here. When he doesn’t like an album and “trolls”, he doesn’t really draw out a conversation like this explaining his opinion. He does a funny pun and leaves and it’s great whether you agree or not
