Didnt like Count On Me at first but it has grown on me tbh but certainly understand if you feel that way about that track

Yeah it's understandable for sure. Bonus tracks go stupid hard too, just wish there was still more Merlyn here, he feels like a non-entity here. It's more like Joba featuring Kevin & Matt the whole time.

100% his verse got so many great bars and his hype up is so great lmfao. Constantly underestimated when his verse on MILK is one of the best in their entire catalogue.

Calling it right now, we’re never hearing Flexy again. Remember Victor Roberts?

Just read they are planning on releasing their "last" album next year instead of later this year
And they are planning on recruiting new members? .. wtf
Keving Abstract says that the guys in the group feel they have so much to do outside of BH but cmon as if any of the guys have a big shot in establishing a successful solo career like Kevin himself has
WHat i have heard of any of the others dudes previous solo material hasnt been strong to say the least
Ameer got some potential but he isnt even in BH anymore so he doesnt really count i guess

I have to agree. Unfortunately I just feel like none of the members could hold their own for an album length. Even Ameer's Ep was exhausting.

Yeah only liked about 2 tracks on that but those two were lit
Loved Keep Your Distance, which was released last year if i recall correctly?
Liked the first new Kevin Abstract single but his last one Sierra Nights were ughhhh

Think the reason they kicked Ameer out was kinda bullshit tbh but in todays society it ruins a bands career associating With someone With allegations of that kind against them so i understand
Ginger has grown on me tbh

why was it bs to kick out someone not only accused of stuff regarding underage girls but also someone that stole from Dom’s cousins? def not bs
|
| |
Album Rating: 3.5
Yeah wasnt it something like him arranging for Dom to get robbed by someone else or something?
Thought it was accusations of being mentally abusive to ex gf`s or something didnt know anything about underage girl so i shouldnt have said bs. but it doesnt sit well with me when accusations go unanswered, even tho ofc we should believe someone who say they have been wronged, but yeah def not an easy subject to talk about
|
| |
im not disagreeing. kicking ameer out was the correct move, it just so happened that the band just fell downhill creatively and musically once he left.

Just read about these things now and yeah you were right on, Con!
Creatively i think they actually peaked after he left somehow, but the making banger after banger mentality doesnt seem to be with them as much as it were when he were with the group. A little frustrating we will never hear Puppy but it is what it is

Think they peaked with iridescence tbh. This is great though
