records slays. I get that the vocals can get a little annoying to some people but I think they add much needed variation to the grinding and blasting music

The vocals aren't really the issue with this anyway. The drums, awful production in general and songwriting however is

I get the production point. But It's always difficult to get a good and well rounded mix for this kind of music. Very sterile on this I agree. But does not take away from the overall experience, at least for me. Songwriting seems decent to me. More basic compared to their previous stuff but way more accessible and varied imho.

Songwriting is excellent...transitions are smooth af...and its a stretch in that matter. How can something this heavy manages to be this "poppish". Its a super awesome twist in the genre imo...not to overuse it in the future however.

People taking calls on drums prod instead of getting how awesome this drummer is on here...lol...I kinda get it though...

I definitely see how the "cleans" aren't for everyone but I like them just for the small break that they offer from having your anus reamed from Ryan's guttural screams.

Album is really good with my only complaint being the slight overuse of the spoken word passages. I felt like they kinda threw the pace off when they were used during the middle parts of the album.

Wish there were more "URRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRs" on this album instead of "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHs" but Travis is still a monster regardless

If they cut out the weird ‘goblin’ vox and didn’t have an over-reliance on blasts for heaviness then perhaps it could pass for average, that’s if the production wasn’t also complete trash. Not sure why I do it to myself, this was obviously going to be terrible based on the band name alone.

Not too familiar with grind, didn't we talk shit about napalm death a while ago? But yeah i think their early albums were all more grindy

When a bonus track kicks more ass than almost everything on the main album...
