well its certainly not adventurous in the same way as ISAM, but IMO equally as adventurous in within the contexts of his genre

I've heard them all. All exceptional. AT went full boss on ISAM, though. Haha, preferences, man. I suppose.

I added another. They're all pretty diverse genre-wise and some were pretty polarizing. It took me a while to realize, but Heritage by Opeth is actually a really adventurous, underappreciated album with an amazing rhythm section. I think a lot of others have come around to it too given the comments in the thread.

Yea, I was focusing on electonica, but I see we're traversing genres. All good. I'll check those out. I was a big fan of Opeth.

Pretty album. But you know it doesn't hit you like ISAM. I'm starting to feel like I should get that name tattooed on my ass.

Nothing hits like ISAM, if that's what you were looking to hear, it's unique.

It's not about uniqueness, really. It's about impact. Say... who would argue that the best joker wasn't Ledger?

He wasn't completely unique, but he was ballsy enough to bring everything together.

That in itself is a unique position, but what he's working with isn't.

at this point ur basically just trying to argue that something subjective is objective which is kind of the precipice where opinions go to die

Isn't that the point of opinion? Haha. If it doesn't die, you didn't make it. You're just holding another's.

how does whether or not a persons opinion is unique have anything to do with its validity? how can an opinion even be invalid? also how is this even relevant?
