Funnily enough, it could be applied to all of them. But, it's aimed as a vague reply to induce insecurity for one of the user whose contribution is to stir others up by using insipid, shallow, and controversial commentary. And I'm assuming in that individual's mind, he/she thought that it's funny; it's not. So unfunny, in fact, that when other users called him out, that individual started to play defensive.
